Assign a Worksheet via a link or URL

Here are all the ways to assign worksheets to a student using the worksheet's URL or link:

First,

Open the Assign panel from the worksheet's top navigation bar.

A window will pop up asking if you want to assign by Link or Class (we will focus on the Link side). The aqua colored letter in the image refers to notes/information below the picture.

A. The name of your worksheet will appear. You can change it if you wish.

B. Click on the designated icons to share directly on Google Classroom or Edmodo. Alternatively, click the link icon to copy & paste a link for students.

You can also embed the Worksheet into your website, LMS, or another site by clicking on the "</>" icon and copying the Iframe code to embed (for more information on this, we can share with you the step by step process on embedding - just ask!).

C. If you want students to access the worksheet as soon as you share it with them, make sure the slide is to the right and reads "open." If you want to have students take it at a later time or to turn off the ability to submit, click the slide over to the right for closed.

D. If you wish to have the questions shuffled so that they are in a unique order for each student, click the box next to Shuffle questions.

E. To create another worksheet, click the orange oval.

F. For closed type questions (multiple choice, fill in the blank, matching, etc.), slide the rule over to YES and once students submit the worksheet, they will receive their scores. If you wish to hold off giving them their responses, slide the automatic feedback over to NO.

4. Students Sign in

Students open the link and sign in with Google+, Edmodo, Microsoft or with a full name and password. Email is not required.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask!
